Finally, a cool spot they’ll actually choose
CoolMat™ is a self-cooling ice-silk mat. No water to freeze, no gel to burst, and nothing to plug in — just a cool surface they settle onto on their own.
- ❄️Up to 9°F cooler in 60 secondsMeasured in our surface-temperature test vs. the floor beside it
- 🐾Helps hot, panting pups settle down
- 🛋️Cooler and softer than the hard floor
- 🛡️Non-toxic — no gel or water inside to leak
Couch → tile → vent → repeat
If your dog spends hot nights getting up, circling, and flopping down somewhere new, they aren’t being difficult. They’re hunting for a cold surface — and your house doesn’t have one that stays cold.
Thick coats trap heat
Dogs can’t sweat the way we do. Fluffy and double-coated breeds dump heat through their belly and paws, which is why they sprawl flat on the coldest thing they can find.
Seniors run warm and restless
Older pets get up and resettle all night in the heat. Every move is another interrupted sleep — for them and for you.
The floor stops being cold
Bare tile feels great for about ten minutes, then their own body heat warms the patch they’re lying on and the search starts over.
Give them their own cool spot
CoolMat™ stays cool to the touch without water, gel, or power — so instead of wandering the house, they have one place worth lying down on.
Cool the moment they lie down
The ice-silk surface reads up to 9°F cooler than the floor beside it within 60 seconds of contact in our own surface-temperature test.
Soft enough that they stay
A cooling mat only works if your dog picks it. This one is padded and quiet underfoot, not a stiff slab they slide off.
Nothing inside to burst
No gel pouch and no water bladder means nothing to puncture, leak, or worry about if your dog is a chewer.
How CoolMat™ works
No batteries, no freezer, no setup. Roll it out and it’s working.
Your dog lies down
The ice-silk weave is naturally cool to the touch, so the surface already feels cold before they settle.
Body heat moves away
The fibres conduct heat off your dog and the breathable mesh underside lets it dissipate instead of building up.
It re-cools on its own
When they step off for a while, the mat returns toward room temperature and is ready for the next nap. Nothing to recharge.

Vida Z. — verified reviewCoolMat™ vs. the other ways to cool a dog
An honest comparison against the actual alternatives — not a straw man.
Gel and water mats can cool well — the trade-off is what’s sealed inside them. CoolMat™ is fabric, so there is nothing to leak, nothing to refill, and nothing that goes hard after a season.
🛡️ 60 seconds to feel it. 30 days to decide.
Put your hand on the mat for a minute. If it isn’t noticeably cooler than the floor, or your pet just won’t use it, email us within 30 days for a full refund — and keep the mat or pass it to a friend with a hot dog. You are not stuck with it.

Questions, answered
Does it really cool with no water or power?
Yes. It isn’t a fridge or a gel pack. The ice-silk fabric is cool to the touch and draws body heat away on contact — in our surface-temperature test it read up to 9°F cooler than the floor beside it after 60 seconds. Nothing to freeze, fill, or plug in.
How long does it stay cool? Does it need recharging?
It cools on contact and stays cool while your pet rests. With long, unbroken body contact it warms gradually, then re-cools on its own once they step off for a while. We’d rather tell you that than promise “ice cold for nine hours” — no fabric mat does that. There’s nothing to charge or freeze, so you just leave it out.
What if my dog just ignores it?
It happens — it’s the most common complaint about every cooling mat on the market. Put it where they already choose to lie on hot days rather than somewhere new, and give it a couple of days. If they still won’t use it, that’s exactly what the 30-day guarantee is for.
Is it safe if my pet chews or scratches it?
It’s non-toxic ice-silk fabric with a breathable mesh backing, and there’s no gel or liquid sealed inside — so a chew doesn’t release anything. That said, it’s a resting surface, not a chew toy: a determined chewer can damage it, so supervise at first.
Can I wash it?
Yes. Rinse it off or machine wash on gentle, then air dry flat. Avoid storing it creased — it lies better and lasts longer kept flat or loosely rolled.
What size should I get?
Go by length, not weight. Measure your dog stretched out nose to tail and pick the mat they can lie on fully — see the size table above. Sizes run from XS 40x30cm up to XL 100x70cm.
Where does it ship from and how long does it take?
We ship to the US and Canada with free tracked shipping, typically arriving in 6–12 business days. You’ll get a tracking number as soon as it’s on the way.
