Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders over $50. For orders under $50, standard shipping rates apply at checkout.
Estimated delivery times:
- United States: 7-20 business days
- Canada: 10-20 business days
- International: 14-30 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, carrier delays, or other factors outside our control.
Shipment Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with your tracking number. You can track your order at any time using our Track Order page on our website.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to Canada, the United States, and many international destinations worldwide. Shipping availability and costs are calculated at checkout.
Delays

Lost or Damaged Packages
